What are our requirements?
Master Degree (directional preferable)
experience gained in a similar position
good knowledge of the Irish construction market is well expected
experience in marketing actions and brand creation

creative and innovative attitude as far as all matters are concerned
flexibility in thinking and behaviour
ability to work under pressure
What are you going to be responsible for?
creation and supervision over short and long-term marketing strategies for PolConstruct Ireland
promotion of the company's construction activity in Ireland
coordination and verification of all activities as far as brand management is concerned
plans for brand sales development
close cooperation and being supportive to the sales department by planning and organizing various promotional activities
cooperation with the marketing Department in Poland
cooperation with other companies and the media
analysis of the market and competitors
building a positive image of the company
