| Job Description |
We are looking for a caring, experienced and reliable person to look after our 3 children (2 boys & a girl) in our home in Midleton. The children are aged 9, 6 & almost 2. The 2 older children will be in school until 2.45pm and will need to be collected from St. Bridgets & the CBS. The hours are from 8.40am - 4.45pm Monday - Friday and the contract would run from 20th August 2007 until June 6th 2008 initially and would be renewed for the right person. Our present childminder is leaving to do a fulltime college course and will be sadly missed by us all.
Our children are well behaved and love playing outside with the dog. They love drawing and colouring and are good to help around the house. The youngest is really easy going and is a happy little fellow.
There would be some light housework, although it's more important to us that the children are well looked after. The housework would just entail keeping the place reasonably tidy, loading & unloading the dishwasher (with the kids help)& hanging out/folding clothes.
We have a dog & 2 cats who are kept outside so it would help if you were an animal lover, or at least not afraid of them. Fluent English is absolutely essential and you must be a non-smoker. As a school collection is involved it would be advantageous if you were a car owner. This job might suit a mature person who would like the summer off.
